Connie, our office manager, will file insurance forms to minimize your paper work. Most policies require that a deductible be paid at the time of your visit. Further assistance is available through a financial plan with a local bank. Ultimately, the patient is responsible for insuring that services are paid for in full; or the remainder of charges beyond the limits of your policy. It is your responsibility to have a thorough understanding of coverage and deductible amounts as well as other limitations of your insurance policy.
